I say this all the time but I'll say it again one of the biggest reasons why people in India are ill informed about nutrition and exercise advises due to the media portrays eggs like they are some kind of poison to you they are going to give you heart attacks but that isn't the complete truth  there is only one way to find out let's science the shit out of it.

When it comes to controversial diet topics like this, people pre-consume some myths which are actually not fully correct and whenever a blogger tells that you should do this you should do that people tend to get offended but whatever I write has came after a lot of research so you can trust me.So let's move on to eggs so how many you can have realistically have everyday while keeping your health as a main priority. So let's consider the world cholesterol first people throughout this world without actually considering the meaning about it. "Like egg yolks increases your cholesterol bro".

So the first thing that this nation is to know  is that there are two types of cholesterol first one is dietary cholesterol which you basically get from your food which you are eating and the second one is that blood cholesterol which is inside your body now let's talk about blood cholesterol show in your blood cholesterol there are two types of  namely LDL and HDL. So let's talk about LDL first it is basically a bad cholesterol and causes heart disease this is this is the one due to which the cholesterols are negatively portrayed the second type is HDL which experts believe is a good cholesterol that actually helps in declogging your arteries. Now let's get back to the eggs so eggs are a  awesome source of cholesterol in general and studies have shown that in 70% of humans there is no change in LDL cholesterol by consuming eggs even when you are consuming more than 3 eggs and for the remaining 30% of population who are prone to heart disease and over diabetic  for them maybe consuming more eggs would be harmful. Moreover intake of eggs actually increases the HDL level in humans in most subjects and that's making them a healthy person than they were before. Now let's get to the point  should you be consuming whole eggs?? The answer is yes if you are healthy  human who is not suffering from any disease and is genetically prone to eat eggs  1 whole egg gives you around 6 grams of protein and actually is the best kind of protein that can be utilised by your body to produce lean muscle and lean muscle is important for every single human being and only whey protein has more bio-value than eggs. And if you are exercising regularly like Zumba, weightraining, cardio, calisthenics, you are not a  normal human being you are actually damaging your body

more than a common human being so you need more protein to recover your damage and eggs are very cheap 1 egg will cost you around 5-6 rupees that is making them very  affordable for everyone. Moreover yolks also  have high  testosterone which means more muscle and for you ladies it has
iron which will help you to recover from the blood loss show the basic outcome is an average human being can have 3 to 4 eggs everyday  if they are not prone to any disease  and eat yolks also because all the minerals and other essential nutrients are present in the yolks only. Egg whites s only have nothing except the protein and that too you if you remove the Yolk from the egg the protein content will become half and if you lift weights  or exercises regularly so here the topic becomes a bit subjective it is different for every human being you should kind experiment with your body that how many eggs it can sustain basically like 7-8 eggs your body can easily digest but I am not telling you guys to have that much eggs it is different for every person so guys basically you should  find yourself that how many eggs you can have like one can have 10 other may have 12 and for some other person it may be just 5 or 6 so experiment?. . . .
