I always say that my blogs are India's specific but is there
any topic which is more India-specific than that belly fat?? Honestly speaking
we Indians are prone to deposit fat in the stomach region now where you deposit
fat is down to your Genetics you can't really change it but what you can change
is your fitness education and your
change in your fitness education will lead to the change in your body
physic.
Moreover you can't selectively burn your fat like for
example you can't just burn your fat from your belly region if your fat has to
go it will go all the way so everyone should focus on overall body weight loss.
Your Genetics choose the place from where the fat will go first and from where
it will go last.
So in order to burn your overall body fat you should focus
on two things number one diet and second exercise.
Now starting with diet you should focus on three points no.1
calories, your carbs and your protein intake so let's talk about calories first.
1) Everyone has got it's maintenance calorie level and if
you go above that you gain weight and if you stay below that you get
shredded,so if you think that you are fat or you are overweight then you are
then possibly you are eating above your maintenance calorie level so make sure
you check this link out to just calculate the your maintenance calorie level http://gestyy.com/w9c8Y5 and http://gestyy.com/w9veAY
So start from reducing your calorie intake and eventually
just reduce it below your maintenance calorie and thus you are bound to burn
fat.
2) So carbs fall into two categories number one simple carbs/bad
carbs and the second one is complex carbs/good carbs good carbs are hard for your body to break
down their Complex, they are not easy to digest and stay in your body for a
longer period of time to provide you energy
Where are simple carbs are easy to digest and and give you energy very
fast and your body can't decide where it
will use that energy so they store that energy as fat thus making you bulky. So
you should be avoiding white flower like
maida, white rice, potatoes, white refined sugar etc you should replace them with whole
wheat, brown rice, brown sugar, sweet potatoes etc and if you are very conscious
about your fat loss then I would also suggest you to minimise your fruit intake
as it has sugar in it.
3) Now everyone is different speed of losing weight and it
is dependent on two factors your metabolism and your lean muscle mass so the
more lean muscle you have in your body the more calories it takes to your body
to just maintain that muscle in your body but in order to build any kind of
muscle mass your food intake should
centre in protein you have to make sure that there is a good amount of protein
in your every meal and make sure to take at least some form of protein in your
every meal so that you you reach your daily protein goal and make sure you
check this one also just know your protein intake and other advantages of
protein http://gestyy.com/w9veUB
Now come to exercise
so if you mean goal is to burn fat you should focus on the combination of
resistance training and cardio training
well you should focus more on cardio training sorry resistance training because
it will burn your fat actively and passively both actively and passively like
when you are doing exercise and
passively when you are resting like in order to repair the damage with you have
caused by exercising when you are doing any resistance training like bicep curl
you are not burning your bicep fat you are you are increasing the muscle mass of your bicep and
in repairing that damage your body spend calories and thus you burn fat in both
the ways actively and passively the damage is repaired in around 3 to 4 days so
your body constantly burns fat in those time period and as you burn fat. Well
people think that by doing ab exercises they will burn fat but that's not the
truth by doing abs exercises you are just making your abs muscles stronger which is basically good like first of all
everyone has got abs like I have got abs you have got abs your mom has got abs
are hidden behind your belly fat. So
when you are doing ab exercises you are just strengthening your abs
muscles and thus it is reaching near your outer skin and the fat layer gets
shrink that's it you kind of bridge down
the gap and eventually you reach a flat stomach. Remember guys flattening your
stomach is a two way exercise number one you working your inner abs to outwords
and second is your working your outer fat inwards. To make your abs stronger and
bigger it's comparatively easy like you
do your crunches, sit ups etc etc and that's it but burning down the fat it's
kind hard you have to focus in your diet
completely
Thus you should focus on this formula Training+Protein=MUSCLE=Fat burn.
So that's all for today guys make sure you share this and
suggest me some other topics also...
